Can I add more than 3 trucks?

Yes — each additional truck is $4/month on top of your plan. There's no cap on fleet size. A fleet of 8 trucks, for example, would be your base plan + $20/month for the 5 additional trucks.

What happens after my free trial?

At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue. If you don't, your account is paused — your data is never deleted. You can resume anytime.

Is there a contract?

No contracts, ever. Monthly means you can cancel anytime with no penalty. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase backed by a 30-day full refund guarantee.

Do you integrate with QuickBooks?

QuickBooks integration is on our roadmap. Currently you can export settlement reports and IFTA data as CSV or PDF for your accountant. Founding members get early access to all new integrations.

What is the GPS add-on?

GPS tracking is $10/month per truck and integrates with Motive ELD devices. It enables real-time location, automatic trip mileage logging for IFTA, and idle and speeding alerts.
